Prince Amponsah is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder. He was born on August 27, 1992 in Accra, Ghana. Amponsah began his professional career with the Ghanaian club Liberty Professionals before moving to the United States to play for the Ocean City Nor'easters in the Premier Development League.
Amponsah then joined the Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC of the United Soccer League (USL) in 2018, where he played for two seasons. In 2021, he signed with the Hartford Athletic, also of the USL, and has been a key player for the team ever since.
